  • Clients receive the right to use final deliverables for their internal business purposes.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written permission.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during a consulting engagement with reasonable care and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.

6. Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice terms.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Any applicable taxes remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise required by law.

7. Cancellation of Services

Either party may cancel or terminate a consulting engagement by providing reasonable written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for all services completed before the cancellation date.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on a professional, good-faith basis.
